Welcome to fuckd.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines governing your use of our platform, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all other policies published on our legal information page.

1. Agreement and Purpose

fuckd.ai is operated by Viral Reach Ltd t/a fuckd.ai, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16348545) ("fuckd.ai", "we", "us"). These Terms form an agreement between you and Viral Reach Ltd.

The services provided by fuckd.ai are for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Our AI Companions are fictional entities designed for roleplay and conversation; they do not possess genuine emotions, nor can they fulfill real-world promises.

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and legal eligibility in your jurisdiction.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use fuckd.ai. We implement strict age verification measures. Any attempt to bypass these controls is a breach of these Terms.

3. User Responsibility and Content

You are solely responsible for the input you provide and the output generated by the AI Companions based on your input. This includes text, voice messages, images, and videos.

You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to generate or distribute content related to the following FORBIDDEN TOPICS:

  • Minors/Underage Content: Any content involving children, kids, preteens, lolita, or any underage situations.
  • Non-consensual Content: Rape, forced sex, or situations where a participant is unconscious, choked, or drugged.
  • Extreme Violence and Gore: Mutilation, dismemberment, organ removal, killing, death, murder, or snuff.
  • Harmful Acts: Any form of choking, extreme violence (punching/kicking), and depiction of blood or cuts.
  • Animals/Bestiality: Any sexual engagement with animals or zoomorphic content.
  • Real celebrity deepfakes, necrophilia, or promotion of illegal acts.
Illegal Activities:
  • Incest: Any simulated family or incestuous sexual acts.
  • Waste/Scat: Defecation, feces, vomit, urine, diarrhea, or menstruation/period play.
  • Substances: Talk or consumption of illegal drugs, paraphernalia, or alcohol.
  • Public Acts: Public sexual acts or nudity where bystanders or observers are present.
  • Hate Speech: Racial slurs or discriminatory material.
  • Gambling: Content suggesting online gambling merchants.

    • 4. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights related to fuckd.ai, including AI characters, platform design, logos, and proprietary software, belong exclusively to fuckd.ai or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal use.

    5. Subscription and Payments

    Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models with notice to users.

    How to Cancel Your Subscription

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to https://fuckd.ai/billing , scroll to the bottom of the page, press cancel and follow the on-screen instructions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you encounter any issues cancelling, please contact us at hello@fuckd.ai and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.

    If you paid via cryptocurrency, you will not see an option to cancel your subscription. This is because crypto is one time payments and you will not be rebilled. You can renew your subscription manually after your subscriptions end date.

    6. Termination and Geographical Restrictions

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for any breach of these Terms. Furthermore, users may not access or attempt to access the Services from restricted jurisdictions as identified by our security protocols (e.g., China, Singapore).

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
