1. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
- Account Information: Email address, encrypted password, username, and profile preferences.
- Usage Data: Creation date/time, signup provider (e.g., Google, Discord), login IP address, and sign-in counts.
- Service Content: Voluntary interactions with AI Companions, including prompts, messages, and customization preferences.
- Device & Technical Information: Browser type, operating system, and cookie-related data.
- Payment Metadata: Transaction dates, last 4 digits of payment cards, and amount (full financial data is handled by our secure processors).
- Age Verification Data: Where required by your region, the outcome of an age check (pass or fail) and the date and time. The check itself is carried out by our provider AgeVerif — we never receive or store your facial image or ID document (see Section 2).
2. Age Verification
Where age verification is required by law in your region (for example, the United Kingdom under the Online Safety Act), access is gated until you complete an age check. The check is carried out by our third-party age-assurance provider, AgeVerif. Any facial image, payment detail, email address or identity credential you submit is processed by AgeVerif and is never received or stored by fuckd.ai.
From this process we retain only the outcome (pass or fail) and the date and time. We use this to record that an account has met the age requirement and to comply with our legal obligations; we do not use it for advertising. For what is and is not permitted regarding age, see our .
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used to provide the virtual AI companion services, personalize your experience, enable subscription features, and maintain the security of our platform. We also process anonymized and de-identified data to train and develop our AI models and moderation technologies.
